HastenHer Dreams Scholarship

The HastenHer Dreams Scholarship Program supports underprivileged girls in transitioning classes (Senior Four or Senior Six) across Uganda.

Many girls experiencing period poverty struggle to complete these classes due to additional fees their families cannot afford. As a result, they often drop out of school. The Youngsters Appeal Foundation is dedicated to helping these girls stay in school and complete their education.

Scholarship Details

Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for the HastenHer Dreams Scholarship, applicants must:​

• Be female, aged 12-19

• Be a resident of Kammengo Sub-county, Mpigi, Uganda.

• Have been promoted to a transitioning class (Senior Four).

• Full tuition for the transitioning class.

• Registration fees for the transitioning class.

• School uniforms for the academic year.

We work closely with community leaders to identify eligible applicants for the scholarship.
